1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

1.1 Returns or exchanges are accepted only for products that are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly delivered.
1.2 Products must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
1.3 All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

• Reason for return/exchange

• Photo evidence of damage/defect

2.2 Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product.

3. Refunds

3.1 Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3.2 Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
3.3 Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Exchanges

4.1 If you wish to exchange a product, contact our team within 7 days of delivery.
4.2 Exchanges are subject to product availability.
4.3 The same rules regarding packaging, proof of defect, and condition of the product apply.

5. Non-Returnable Items

5.1 Products that are used, opened, or not in original packaging (unless defective) are not eligible for return.
5.2 Gift cards, promotional offers, and items marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable.

6. Shipping for Returns

6.1 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly sent.
6.2 Please use a reliable courier with tracking for returns. ORIA is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
